Frimpong, nicknamed "The Menace," is on fire heading into this matchup. After outclassing prospect Robin Frank at OKTAGON 68, he followed it up with a thunderous third-round TKO of Arijan Topallaj at OKTAGON 71. With a record of 6-2 and riding real momentum, Frimpong will look to inch closer to title contention in one of OKTAGON’s most competitive weight classes.
But Peter Gabal isn’t showing up to play spoiler — he’s chasing gold too. Gabal is riding a three-fight win streak, including a gritty decision over Benny Bajrami at OKTAGON 65 and a knockout of previously unbeaten Elias Jakobi at OKTAGON 71.
