LFA 241 Results: Rafael Pereira KOs Vinicius Pires to Win Bantamweight Title

Legacy Fighting Alliance made its first trip to Belo Horizonte with a card that quickly turned into one of the promotion's more finish-heavy nights of 2026.

LFA 241 featured 14 fights at Ginásio Mineirinho on September 11, and 10 of them ended before the final bell. The main event supplied the result that mattered most: Rafael “Mini Man” Pereira knocked out former LFA champion Vinicius Pires with only 10 seconds remaining in the second round to claim the vacant bantamweight championship.

The card was violent long before the title fight arrived. Laryssa Leila needed only 30 seconds in the opening bout, Adam Santos landed a flying-knee knockout, Thalyta Silva closed the prelims with a sharp first-round finish and several of the main-card fights also ended by stoppage.

Rafael Pereira knocks out Vinicius Pires to win the LFA bantamweight title

Rafael Pereira entered LFA 241 on a 10-fight winning streak and fighting in his home state of Minas Gerais. Vinicius Pires, meanwhile, knew exactly what holding the belt felt like. The former champion was attempting to regain the 135-pound title after losing it in 2025.

The vacant championship had created a natural matchup between a former titleholder and the division's hottest contender, and Pereira ended it emphatically.

After nearly two full rounds of tactical exchanges, Pereira found the opening with the clock approaching 4:50. A clean right hand put Pires down and ended Rafael Pereira vs. Vinicius Pires, giving “Mini Man” the LFA bantamweight championship and extending his winning streak to 11.

Pereira had not lost since 2018 before arriving in Belo Horizonte. Winning the title against a former champion rather than simply extending the streak makes this the defining result of his career so far.

Gustavo Pintos edges Carlos Soares in the LFA 241 co-main event

The featherweight co-main event was the opposite of the title fight: nobody found the decisive finish, and the judges were split.

It was one of three stoppages on the six-fight main card, joining Pereira's championship knockout and Eduardo Dutra's second-round finish.

Raiane Vinuto and Marina Monteiro produced another fight that divided the judges.

After three rounds of Raiane Vinuto vs. Marina Monteiro, two judges scored the strawweight bout 29-28 for Vinuto and the third had it 29-28 for Monteiro.

That gave Vinuto the split-decision victory in one of only four fights on the entire LFA 241 card to reach the scorecards.

Eduardo Dutra gets the finish from back mount

Eduardo Dutra closed out the opening portion of the main card with a second-round stoppage of Julio Assunção.
