Cris Cyborg earns career win No. 30 at PFL Tampa

Cris Cyborg may or may not have fought for the final time, but if this was the end, she went out with another championship victory. The 40-year-old defeated Ketlen Vieira by unanimous decision in the main event of PFL Tampa: Cyborg vs. Vieira, collecting the 30th victory of her professional MMA career.

Vieira had already removed herself from title eligibility by missing weight, meaning only Cyborg could leave Benchmark International Arena with the women's featherweight championship. After five competitive rounds of Cyborg vs. Vieira, the judges scored the fight 49-46, 48-47 and 49-46 for the champion.

Vieira did not make it easy. She consistently pushed forward, hurt Cyborg with a clean punch late in the second round and found success reversing positions on the ground. Cyborg answered with her usual mixture of power punches, body work, leg kicks and well-timed takedowns.

The victory extended Cyborg's MMA winning streak to 10. It was also the final fight on her current PFL contract. Despite repeatedly discussing retirement beforehand, Cyborg left the door open afterward and called out Kayla Harrison, who was in attendance.

Luke Trainer lands spectacular front-kick finish

One of the night's best highlights came from Trainer vs. Dunlap. Luke Trainer stunned Roland Dunlap with a front kick directly to the face before following with punches for the second-round TKO.

Eoin Sheridan also produced a violent finish in Sheridan vs. Vake, stopping James Vake with a first-round knee to give the Tampa crowd an explosive start.

Basharat survives early danger and Magomedov suffers shoulder injury

Javid Basharat had to survive a dangerous opening round against Movsar Ibragimov in Basharat vs. Ibragimov. Ibragimov came close to finding an early finish, but Basharat recovered and eventually swept all three 29-28 scorecards.

Marcos vs. Magomedov ended under very different circumstances. Magomed Magomedov suffered a shoulder injury, and teammate Islam Makhachev was seen attempting to help with the dislocated shoulder between rounds before ultimately throwing in the towel. Daniel Marcos was awarded the third-round TKO.
