Three Title Bouts, Flyweight Tourney & More Set for Action-Packed Super Rizin 4

RIZIN Fighting Federation is going all-in this summer with an event that could reshape the Japanese MMA landscape. Super RIZIN 4 goes down July 27 at the legendary Saitama Super Arena — and the full lineup is nothing short of stacked. With three title fights, two tournaments, and fan-favorite names across the board, this card might be the most loaded RIZIN show of 2025.

At the top of the bill, bantamweight champ Naoki Inoue defends his crown against rising force Ryuya Fukuda, a fight that pits experience versus hunger. In the women’s division, unbeaten Seika Izawa meets South Korea’s Yu Jin Shin for the vacant super atomweight strap. And in a potential show-stealer, former featherweight king Kleber Koike Erbst takes on knockout artist Mikuru Asakura — a matchup sure to split the crowd in Saitama.

Adding firepower to the card is Patricky "Pitbull" Freire, the former Bellator champ, who returns to RIZIN against Shunta Nomura. The rest of the main card is equally loaded: Masanori Kanehara vs Ren Sugiyama, Moeri Suda vs Hiiragi Narita, and Karshyga Dautbek vs Kyouma Akimoto bring international flavor and high stakes.

The card also features pivotal tournament action. The heavyweight Grand Prix semifinals will shake up the division, while the eight-man flyweight tournament kicks off with names like Jose Torres, Alibek Gadzhammatov, Hiromasa Ougikubo, and Makoto Takahashi aiming to seize momentum in a rapid-fire format.

Super RIZIN 4 is more than just a fight night — it’s a turning point for RIZIN heading into the back half of 2025. Titles, tournaments, and careers are on the line. If you’re a fan of Japanese MMA, this is the one to watch.
