Khasan Magomedsharipov Highlights: Zabit's Undefeated Brother (11-0)
Khasan Magomedsharipov has spent his MMA career drawing comparisons to his older brother, former UFC featherweight contender Zabit Magomedsharipov. The similarities are obvious: spinning kicks, unusual striking angles, a Wushu Sanda foundation and a dangerous grappling game. But Khasan has also established his own identity, building an undefeated 11-0 professional record with three knockouts, five submissions and three decision victories.
This Khasan Magomedsharipov highlights compilation showcases the Dagestani featherweight's creative striking, takedowns and finishes across his early career, including appearances in AMC Fight Nights and Bellator MMA. Now competing in the Professional Fighters League, the 26-year-old faces his biggest test yet against Adam Borics in November 2026.
Khasan Magomedsharipov vs. Zabit: How similar are their fighting styles?
Anyone who followed Zabit's UFC career will recognize elements of his game in Khasan's performances. Both brothers developed their striking through Wushu Sanda, the Chinese combat sport that combines punches and kicks with throws and takedowns.
Khasan won a European junior championship in Sanda and collected multiple Russian national titles before establishing himself in professional MMA. His background helps explain the unusual variety of attacks featured in this compilation.
Like Zabit, he is comfortable switching between conventional combinations and more unpredictable techniques. Spinning kicks, long-range strikes and sudden changes in distance give opponents multiple threats to consider. His 5-foot-11 frame also provides a useful combination of reach and mobility at featherweight.
However, calling their styles identical would overlook an important distinction. Khasan has increasingly demonstrated a willingness to control opponents on the ground rather than rely on spectacular striking exchanges.
Five of his 11 victories have come by submission. His ability to turn takedowns into dominant positions, maintain pressure and attack chokes is just as important as his kicking game.
Zabit became famous for his unpredictable offense during an 18-1 professional career, including six consecutive victories in the UFC. Khasan is following a similar path, but his performances suggest a fighter developing his own balance between creativity and control.
AMC Fight Nights: The early finishes that built his reputation
Magomedsharipov made his professional debut in December 2019 and quickly established himself on the Russian regional circuit.
One of his early submission victories came against Timur Akaba at the Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov Memorial Tournament on September 9, 2020. Khasan secured a rear-naked choke at 3:48 of the opening round, continuing an unbeaten run that had already attracted attention.
Later that year, he faced Mikhail Tarkhanov at AMC Fight Nights 99. Competing under the AMC Fight Nights banner, Khasan stopped Tarkhanov with punches at 4:30 of Round 1.
These performances helped him secure a Bellator contract in February 2021. At just 20 years old, he was preparing to make his international debut with an undefeated 5-0 record.
Bellator 263: Khasan's debut knockout against Jonathan Quiroz
His first Bellator appearance came on July 31, 2021, at Bellator 263: Pitbull vs. McKee in California.
Facing Jonathan Quiroz, Magomedsharipov displayed the striking variety that had made his older brother so recognizable. He used long punches and kicks to control distance while mixing in takedowns whenever Quiroz tried to close the gap.
The finish came in the second round. Khasan took Quiroz's back and repeatedly attacked with punches as the American struggled to escape. Referee Blake Grice stopped the contest at 4:21 of Round 2.
Zabit was in his younger brother's corner that night, celebrating as Khasan secured his first victory in a major American MMA promotion.
Bellator Dublin: Sanchez, Hudson, Niedzielski and Mathison
Magomedsharipov's next four Bellator appearances all took place in Dublin, Ireland, where he continued developing his game against increasingly experienced opposition.
At Bellator 275 in February 2022, he faced Spanish featherweight Jose Sanchez. Rather than pursuing a quick finish, Khasan dominated the grappling exchanges and secured a unanimous decision after three rounds.
He returned at Bellator 291 in February 2023 against Rafael Hudson. The Brazilian struggled with Magomedsharipov's pressure, eventually losing by TKO from punches at 4:40 of Round 1.
Seven months later, Khasan met Polish veteran Piotr Niedzielski at Bellator 299. Niedzielski brought considerably more professional experience, but the Dagestani's grappling proved decisive. Magomedsharipov finished the fight with an arm-triangle choke at 3:58 of Round 2, improving to 9-0.
His final Bellator appearance came against Tyler Mathison at Bellator Champions Series Dublin on June 22, 2024.
That fight offered another glimpse of the techniques highlighted in this video. Khasan attacked the body with front kicks, mixed elbows into his combinations and finished the third round with several spinning attacks, including a jumping spinning kick.
Mathison survived the distance, but Magomedsharipov won a clear unanimous decision, 30-27 on all three scorecards. He had completed his Bellator run with five victories and no defeats.
PFL San Diego: Khasan returns after two years away
After the Mathison victory, Magomedsharipov spent two years away from professional MMA competition.
His return finally came against UFC veteran Joshua Weems at PFL San Diego on June 27, 2026. Despite the lengthy absence, Khasan wasted little time establishing control.
He knocked Weems down, followed him to the canvas and worked toward an arm-triangle choke. Although Magomedsharipov suffered a bloody nose during the exchange, he continued advancing position and forced the tap at 2:10 of Round 1.
The victory extended his professional record to 11-0 and marked a successful debut under the PFL banner.

Khasan Magomedsharipov vs. Adam Borics at PFL Dubai
Magomedsharipov's next challenge is considerably more demanding than simply maintaining his unbeaten streak.
On November 14, 2026, he faces former Bellator featherweight title challenger Adam Borics at PFL Dubai, taking place at Coca-Cola Arena in the United Arab Emirates.
Borics enters with a 20-4 professional record and victories over established opponents including Aaron Pico, Mads Burnell and Jeremy Kennedy. He previously challenged Patricio Pitbull for the Bellator featherweight championship in 2022.
The Hungarian is known for his dynamic kicking game and experience against high-level opposition. That makes him an interesting opponent for another creative featherweight striker.
The Magomedsharipov vs. Borics matchup is scheduled for three rounds at 145 pounds. PFL currently lists Khasan at No. 10 and Borics at No. 7 in its featherweight rankings.
For Magomedsharipov, the fight represents an opportunity to prove that his unbeaten record can withstand a substantial step up in competition. Borics has already fought for a major championship, while Khasan is still working toward his first title opportunity at this level.
The highlights show why comparisons with Zabit have followed Khasan throughout his career. His creativity, kicking arsenal and grappling ability reflect the family's distinctive fighting background. What happens against Borics should provide a clearer indication of how far those skills can take him in the PFL featherweight division.
