Manuel Del Valle's Next Gen Liverpool Training Camp | Cage Warriors 212 Spanish Showcase

Manuel Del Valle takes viewers inside Next Gen MMA in Liverpool as he completes his training camp for Cage Warriors 212: Spanish Showcase. The Spanish welterweight, known as "Mouzid," headlines the November 7, 2026 event against Brazilian veteran Luan Duarte at BBC Studioworks Television Centre in London.

Del Valle enters the welterweight main event against Duarte with an 8-1 professional record, six victories in seven Cage Warriors appearances, and four consecutive finishes. With the promotion's welterweight championship vacant, another victory could put him in position for his first title opportunity.

Inside Manuel Del Valle's Training Camp at Next Gen Liverpool

Del Valle has spent approximately four weeks preparing at Next Gen MMA, the Liverpool gym associated with UFC star Paddy Pimblett and Cage Warriors standout Luke Riley. The facility also trains George Staines and brings together fighters competing across organizations including the UFC, PFL, and OKTAGON.

The move to Liverpool was a deliberate choice. Del Valle, whose home gym remains Sevilla Fight Center in Spain, wanted to prepare alongside an established professional team in England. His manager recommended Next Gen, and the Spaniard has since spoken positively about the training environment, the level of his teammates, and the opportunity to work with experienced fighters every day.

Importantly, this is not a permanent change of teams. Del Valle confirmed ahead of CW 212 that his corner remains with Sevilla Fight Center and his longtime coach Iván. The Liverpool camp provides additional preparation without replacing the team responsible for his development.

The video offers a look at that final stage of preparation, with Del Valle working toward one of the biggest fights of his career.

Four Straight Finishes Have Put Del Valle in Title Contention

Del Valle's recent form explains why he has become a central figure in the promotion's welterweight division. After suffering his only professional defeat against Marco Doda at Cage Warriors 183 in March 2025, he responded with four consecutive stoppage victories.

At Cage Warriors 194 in Dublin, he stopped Stephen Costello by second-round TKO. He followed that result with another second-round stoppage against Pedro Henrique Dias at CW 197 in Manchester.

His momentum continued at Cage Warriors 203 in March 2026, where he defeated Italo Gomes by second-round TKO. Three months later, at Cage Warriors 208, Del Valle submitted Michael Dubois with a standing guillotine choke at 3:01 of the opening round.

His roots in Spanish MMA go back further. At WOW 13: Sevilla in March 2024, Del Valle defeated Enrique Expósito Jamanca by first-round TKO, an early professional victory under the WOW FC banner. His progression from fighting in Seville to headlining a major Cage Warriors event built around Spanish talent gives the upcoming London appearance particular significance.

Cage Warriors 212: Del Valle vs. Duarte and the Vacant Welterweight Title

Del Valle's opponent brings considerably more professional experience. Luan "Mão de Pedra" Duarte enters the matchup with a 15-13 record, having competed in 28 professional fights. The Brazilian has already appeared twice for Cage Warriors, losing decisions to Anthony Orozco at CW 192 and Tariq Pell at CW 208.

Interestingly, Del Valle and Duarte both fought on the CW 208 card in London on June 27, 2026. Del Valle submitted Dubois in the first round, while Duarte went the distance with Pell before losing by unanimous decision. They now return to the same promotion as opponents in the CW 212 main event.

Although the Cage Warriors welterweight championship is currently vacant, their November 7 meeting is not a title fight. Del Valle has openly expressed his desire to win the belt before pursuing a potential move to the UFC. Beating Duarte would strengthen that case, but he must first get past an experienced Brazilian who has regularly taken opponents the distance.

The Spanish Showcase itself carries significance beyond one fight. Cage Warriors has announced plans to expand into Spain in 2027, with Del Valle among the fighters leading that push. A Spanish prospect headlining in London while preparing at one of England's established MMA gyms captures the increasingly international nature of the promotion.

For Del Valle, however, the immediate focus is much narrower: finish the work at Next Gen Liverpool, make weight, and deliver another winning performance when he meets Duarte on November 7.
