All four Rosas siblings are professional MMA fighters.

Raul Rosas Jr. is the youngest and already a ranked UFC bantamweight. Jessie Rosas is preparing for his own UFC debut. Kevin Rosas has built a 6-2 regional record and is fighting again in September. Their older sister Kenia Rosas Martinez has been competing professionally longer than any of them.

September 2026 makes the family particularly interesting: Kevin fights on September 11, Jessie is scheduled for Noche UFC one night later, and Raul headlines a UFC event on September 26. Kenia does not currently have another announced bout, but she returned to the win column in July.

Who are Raul Rosas Jr.'s brothers and sister?

Raul has two older brothers, Kevin and Jessie, and one older sister, Kenia. Raul's own UFC profile explicitly describes all three as professional fighters, which makes the Rosas family unusual even by MMA standards.

The age order is Kenia, Kevin, Jessie and Raul. As of September 2026, Kenia is 29, Kevin is 24, Jessie is 23 and Raul is 21.

Martial arts started early in the household. Raul has said he began training at around four years old after watching his father fight, and he later competed internationally as a youth. He won gold at the 2019 IMMAF Youth World Championships before turning professional.

The family connection remains visible today. UFC lists Raul as training at Rosas Brothers MMA, and he has spoken about finishing camps with his father and brothers even while also seeking rounds with specialist coaches and high-level training partners elsewhere.

Raul's rise is the reason most fans first searched for the Rosas family.

He was only 17 when he appeared on Dana White's Contender Series in September 2022, defeating Mando Gutierrez by unanimous decision. Dana White offered him a UFC contract, making Rosas the youngest fighter signed by the promotion.

He made his Octagon debut after turning 18 and immediately submitted Jay Perrin in the first round at UFC 282.

The early hype hit its first obstacle when Christian Rodriguez handed Rosas his first professional defeat in 2023. What followed has probably been more important for judging his development than the original unbeaten run.

Rosas has won five consecutive fights since that loss. He stopped Terrence Mitchell, submitted Ricky Turcios, beat Aoriqileng and Vince Morales by decision, then took a major step forward in March 2026 by defeating veteran Rob Font.

He now stands at 12-1 professionally and is ranked No. 12 in the UFC bantamweight division.

The next test is easily one of the biggest of his career. Raul Rosas Jr. vs. Raoni Barcelos headlines the UFC's September 26 card at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas.

Raoni Barcelos is ranked No. 13 and enters with a 22-5 record. More importantly, the Brazilian veteran is also riding a five-fight winning streak. This isn't a case of the UFC putting a recognizable older name in front of Rosas to manufacture another highlight. Barcelos is in form and remains a serious bantamweight.

The matchup should also test the area that has defined Rosas from the beginning: grappling. Six of his professional victories have come by submission, and his ability to force opponents into extended wrestling and back-control exchanges remains central to his game.

His grappling confidence occasionally spills into less conventional training footage too. A 2025 clip showed Rosas sparring unbeaten boxer Emiliano Vargas under an MMA-versus-boxing premise and using the grappling advantage rather than attempting to box with him. It was training footage, not an official fight, but it was a fairly accurate summary of where Rosas is most comfortable.

Jessie Rosas: UWC champion finally set for his UFC debut

Jessie Rosas enters the UFC with far less mainstream attention than his younger brother had, but a substantially longer regional résumé than Raul had when he arrived.

Jessie is 8-1 as a professional with six finishes: four submissions and two knockouts. UFC lists him as a BJJ purple belt, which fits a record that includes armbars, an anaconda choke and an arm-triangle.

His biggest regional victory came in June 2026 when he defeated Erick Ruano to capture the vacant UWC bantamweight championship. The fight lasted into the fifth round before Jessie secured an arm-triangle choke.

That run earned Jessie a short-notice UFC opportunity against Miles Johns in August, but his debut never happened.

What happened to Jessie Rosas' first UFC fight?

Jessie was removed from the Miles Johns fight during UFC Vegas 120 fight week after a UFC doctor would not medically clear a mark on his forehead. The concern reported at the time was that it could be herpes. Raul and the Rosas camp strongly disputed that assessment and said the mark was a mat burn; subsequent reporting also described it as mat burn.

There is therefore no basis to write that Jessie Rosas was confirmed to have herpes.

The episode has nevertheless followed him into his new booking. Sean King referenced it while discussing their fight, hoping Rosas would be medically cleared this time.

Jessie's actual Octagon debut is now scheduled for September 12 at Noche UFC, where he faces Sean King in a featherweight matchup.

Jessie Rosas vs. Sean King is an interesting debut because neither fighter is being given an easy introduction. King is 6-0 as a professional and only 22 years old, with four finishes during his unbeaten run.

Jessie, meanwhile, has experience in longer fights that King does not. Winning a championship with a fifth-round submission is useful evidence that his grappling remains dangerous well beyond the opening exchanges.

A victory would also officially put two Rosas brothers in the UFC at the same time.

Kevin Rosas: the overlooked Rosas brother is building momentum

Kevin Rosas has attracted less attention than Raul or Jessie, but his recent results make him difficult to ignore.

The 24-year-old owns a 6-2 professional record with five finishes: two by knockout and three by submission. Both of his losses have come by decision, meaning Kevin has never been stopped as a professional.

There have also been flashes of genuine finishing violence.

At Fury FC 95 in August 2024, Kevin needed only 22 seconds to stop Ricky Romo with an elbow-and-punch sequence.

Kevin lost a unanimous decision to John Garza in May 2025, but he has responded with consecutive finishes in 2026. He submitted Dylan Brigman with a rear-naked choke in April and then stopped Liborio Lopez with punches in 48 seconds at UWC 58 in June.

Kevin Rosas vs. Darius Patterson may be the most important regional fight of Kevin's career so far. Patterson is 5-0 as a professional and has already picked up two CFFC victories in 2026.

His style also gives Kevin a different test. Four of Patterson's five professional wins have come by decision, while Kevin has finished five of his six victories. Patterson has shown an ability to consistently bank rounds; Kevin has repeatedly shown that he can remove the judges from the equation.

A third consecutive win in 2026, especially against an undefeated opponent in CFFC, would strengthen the argument that another member of the Rosas family is approaching the level where larger promotions have to pay attention.

Kenia Rosas Martinez was fighting professionally before her brothers

The oldest Rosas sibling is Kenia Rosas Martinez, and in one sense her career predates the entire “Rosas brothers” story.

Kenia made her professional MMA debut all the way back in July 2016. Her first opponent was future UFC star and elite Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu champion Mackenzie Dern, who defeated her by unanimous decision at Legacy FC 58.

Kenia's career has not followed the same straight-line trajectory as Raul's. There were long gaps between appearances, and she currently holds a 3-4 professional record. None of her four defeats have come by stoppage.

More recently, however, she has put together consecutive wins.

In November 2025, Kenia stopped Karla Alvarez with punches in the opening round at Anthony Pettis FC 21.

She followed that with a split-decision victory over Sabrina Lopez in July 2026, moving her current winning streak to two.

As of September 2026, no next fight has been publicly confirmed for Kenia. That makes her the only one of the four siblings without an imminent booking during this unusually busy stretch for the family.

There is no single fighting style shared perfectly by all four siblings, but grappling shows up repeatedly.

Raul has six professional submission victories. Jessie has four and identifies as a grappler, with a BJJ purple belt listed by the UFC. Kevin has three submission wins among his six victories. Kenia earned her first professional win with a guillotine choke.
