PFL is heading to the East Coast with serious stakes on the line. On August 1, PFL World Tournament: Atlantic City hits the boardwalk with championship gold and bragging rights up for grabs in both the welterweight and featherweight divisions.
The main event sees undefeated rising star Thad Jean (10-0) square off against former Bellator interim champ Logan Storley. With $500,000 on the table and divisional dominance in sight, it’s a true clash of styles — Jean’s explosive athleticism vs. Storley’s grinding wrestling pedigree.
In the co-main, reigning featherweight king Jesus Pinedo meets unbeaten former champion Movlid Khaybulaev (23-0-1) in a matchup fans have been waiting for. Pinedo’s recent first-round finishes over Adam Borics and Gabriel Braga lit up the tournament bracket, but Khaybulaev brings a suffocating style that’s derailed many strikers before him.
Elsewhere on the main card, French featherweights Asael Adjoudj and Yves Landu collide in a guaranteed banger, while undefeated prospect Jordan Newman faces Eslam Abdul Baset in a middleweight showdown that could steal the spotlight.
The undercard is packed with future names. Jakub Kaszuba returns in a 160-lb catchweight scrap against Sergio Cossio, while top lightweight prospect Husein Kadimagomaev battles Kyle Driscoll.
Also on tap: featherweight prospect Nathan Kelly meets Fred Dupras, and Damion Nelson takes on Isiah Diggs in a bout likely to end inside the distance. Matt Turnbull vs. Tom Pagliarulo headlines the prelims in a showdown of regional standouts.
PFL Atlantic City has all the makings of a classic: two tournament finales, rising stars, and a loaded card of contenders — all in one of the sport’s most consistent tournament formats.
